Delicious pics for Jake’s theme.

Jake’s Sunday post theme this week, is “Delicious,” and I could think of any number of delicious food photos that I have in my albums. The only problem is that you’ve already seen my desserts, gelato, and Sunday lunch pics, and I don’t want to bore you with them again. πŸ™‚

Anyway, two of my grandchildren came to the rescue. Firstly, here is Sienna, biting into her delicious chocolate muffin. Yummy!

The family in New York, went apple picking at the weekend, and I pinched this photo from Facebook, of little Max sampling one of the pickings. Note that he has a doughnut in the other hand, so he certainly wasn’t intending going hungry. πŸ™‚

Well maybe, I will bore you just a teensy bit. πŸ™‚

Orange and kiwi cheesecake

Pineapple upside down cake

Chocolate Key Lime pie

Chocolate cheesecake

Please help yourself to a slice of each, whilst I get on with my packing. πŸ˜†

  2. Good to see that young Max has at least two of the food groups taken care of. What a lovely pic of him. Sienna is gorgeous too – you have gorgeous grandchildren AD!

  3. Oh my, your cakes look delicious. And pretty too. May I have some of the cheesecake please? πŸ™‚ and and and, the photo of your grandson is so utterly adorable.

  4. Max certainly takes his eating seriously! πŸ™‚
These pictures should come with a warning that looking at them results in severe weight gain! πŸ™‚

  5. I cannot help it but these days I hate blogs about food….I feel jealous and many other things when seeing such nice things to eat. I apologize profusely if my honesty is out of place…..but it sure looked liked all had a great time and that I love.

    • Sorry, Bliks. We definitely don’t eat like this every day, or even every week. πŸ™‚ Thanks so much for visiting. Be well.

  6. That pineapple upside-down cake was my husband’s favorite. Fortunately for his waistline, I was never much of a dessert or pastry cook. 😦

  7. Hi AD, calories are ok it’s the carbs that are the killer, so I’ll just take the cheesecake πŸ˜€
Just love that little guy with the doughnut and apple, should have given him an apple doughnut πŸ˜‰

  8. I really enjoy your post my friend like your children do , yummy !…Thanks for sharing πŸ™‚

  9. Hi Ad, I love the pictures of the kids. Who gets more enjoyment out of their food than young children? It makes me laugh to see the little boy’s concentration! I want to invite you to an appreciation circle. This isn’t an award, but an appreciation of what you are doing. You can read about it on my blog. http://wp.me/p2jC53-IB. It’s 22 days of appreciating different people, and I started late and am working backwards to October 1st. πŸ™‚

  10. Oh my gosh!! Delicious!! My mouth is watering over the kiwi-orange cheesecake and the chocolate key-lime pie!! You can tell what kinds of desserts I love… πŸ™‚

    • Thanks, Hopestar. It’s scary to think of all those calories which I’ve been responsible for forcing on friends and family. πŸ™‚ Hugs to you too.
