LOL,love the pic! Oddly enough,reminds me of a baby-young female camel we met at a zoo back in the Fall of ’10,she was so sweet,and when we made 2 more trips (a 3 hour drive mind you) within a few months,legitimately remembered Jamie and I,LOL!

Out of interest, what’s the texture of his tongue like?
Very rough indeed, and a sort of blue/black. I believe that their tongues are between 18 and 21 inches long so it can strip the leaves from the tree branches and pull them into its mouth.
That’s quite scary! I wonder what it would be like if he got tongue tied 😉
