Yes she was absolutely thrilled. We also bought her an original August 4th, 1913 Daily telegraph newspaper. It’s fascinating to look through and see the news and advertisements on that day. 🙂

Yes it’s already up in the entrance hall. This tradition started with King George V in 1917, so it’s been going on for almost a hundred years. 🙂 We British are very cool indeed. 😆
